Young Mother Cat 10mths Old?

This young cat was a stray kitten, was scared and a little angry. I started to feed her daily and noticed over a couple of was that she was pregnant. She gave birth to 3 beautiful kittens to which have all found lovely homes! I can no longer keep this cat as I have 2 of my own and they do not get on. Iam looking for a quite older person/couple to have patience and a lot of love and care to give her. She is due to be neutered as soon as her milk has dried up. Which will be in a wk or so.
