I have a lovely 8 week old Double Rex Female Rat looking for a home. She is mostly hairless, though has dark hair on her head and fuzzy white hair on her belly. She came from bad circumstances and is therefore very shy because of it- she will need a careful owner with experience/knowledge with rats to help her overcome this.
