He is 18 months old great with kids, only looking for a new home due to working shifts changing and him being left alone for long periods of time. We are unfortunately looking to rehome our 18 month old Jack Russell/Yorkshire Terrier cross, Smudge. Despite being affectionate and loving, she is a nervous dog and not suited to a noisy house with two small children. We strongly believe that in an adult home with people who would be able to patiently train and socialise her that she would make a wonderful companion. She needs to be the only pet and in a household with no children. Her new owners should be prepared to invest time and energy into training her to be around strangers and other animals. She has fought with other dogs in the past, attacks the post and can be quite territorial about her toys like a classic terrier but these behaviours can be trained out with time. Once you get past her defences you can expect a lovely little dog who want nothing more than sleeping on your lap all day when she's not watching the world go by your front window.

It is with regret, due to my relationship break up I'm not longer able to provide my boy with the life style, time and attention he has been use to. I've had him since he was 9 weeks old. He's microchipped, fully vaccinated, has regular health checks, worming and fleeing etc he was neauted at 12 months due and testicle problem. I have 4 children and they never leave him alone; he is great with them, loves their attention. He loves cuddling, he's worse than the kids for it. He does have a lot of energy hence the reason I'm finding it a struggle with him now. He's use to walking 3 times a day, someone been home most of the day etc and now I'm on my own I'm working all day, running around with the kids for activities after school etc and he's suffering. I'll hate letting him go but I know it's the best thing for him. He eats a raw food diet which I can supply enough off til someone decided weather or not to keep him on that but he will eat the pedigree gravy pouches. He's fully house trained also. We call him Harley. His mum was a jack russell and his dad Yorkshire Terrier and he came from someone I know who does a fair bit of breeding so had had the best start in life

Due to circumstances, we have to find a new home for our Jack Russel Terrier X. He is approx. 10 months old, microchipped and neutered. Unfortunately we bought him from someone in August who basically lied to us. He needs lots of attention and basic training so needs to go to a home where someone can spend lots of time with him. I feel it's best he goes to a home where there are no cats and if a family home, I'd advise that he goes to one with older children.
