It is with such a heavy heart that I am advertising my amazing boy, Yogi Bear, for sale. He's 8 years old and 17.1hh. I am not able to ride due to a health condition and can not just keep him as a loving pet, he deserves so much more than that. He loves to do everything, he has such a bold jump (still a bit green) but always aiming to please every time. He loves to hack out so much he's in his element while he's out and is not spooky or silly at all, never phased by the biggest of trucks driving past him. His sweetness and personality would be very difficult to buy and can't put a price on it! He's fantastic to load and travel, straight on and off the box no fuss and is great with the farrier. He can get a bit excitable and energetic in the school because he loves getting things right so I would suggest a more experienced owner due to his age and size. He's got manners in the bucket load, never strong or moody he's just literally a people pleaser ?? I am so gutted to be writing this and have tried every avenue to be able to keep him but it's looking to be the only solution that suits him more! Whoever buys him from a happy hacker to someone a little more competitive there's no doubt you'd have years of fun... I have many people who can back up and vouch for my boys beauty inside and out from his farrier, riders, friends... I'm already doubting myself writing this and he's one of my bestest friends so please no time wasters because this is difficult enough as it is, if I had to fault him it would be he's a tee leaf and likes to steel things and put them in his bed... trust me I've found things I've never seen before ?? so you can't leave anything in his reach ?? I'm asking for £ ono I have his 2 saddles (dressage and GP) 2 bridles (Micklam and cavasson) plus extensive wardrobe (matching boots, ear bonnets, numnahs) rugs, available separately. I am selling my horse due to having an operation on my hand and not being able to ride him anymore. He evented over the last two years with a very good, experienced rider at 90 and 100. He was placed on several occasions. He loves being in work and is missing being ridden. Sadly due to my hand he is turned away in a field as I have no-one to ride him now as my friend moved back to Finland. Once in work he is worth much more but I am seeing if there is interest before I send him away to be worked and then sold for more.
