Looking for a yard to rent prefer sole use for 2 ponies an a horse. Happy to maintain land/fences/stables ect Don't mind if in need of repair-we have own harrows,tools,fencing ect. Been at current place for 4 years an happy but lack of facilities is meaning we have to turn them away every winter (no running water,electric or stables) an in the middle of nowhere!!! Min requirements are running water an at least 1 stable as they will live out all year, an arena would be a huge bonus(we have an amount of jumps that would love to come out of storage)!
