We used this on our chunky section D only selling as we no longer use it. 3 girth straps will need replacing but we used the saddle with the straps like that as they caused no issues with fastening the girth, I believe it's a very cheap fix. Wintec/Bates wide black saddle with xxw gullet

Lovely 17" wide black wintec saddle in excellent used condition with four girth straps and xxw lilac gullet (also selling white wide gullet) Saddle was used for my Welsh section D, who after trying several saddles on her this one fitted perfectly, I found this to be the only saddle that had a wide enough gullet width throughout the whole saddle that did not rub on her spine. It also benefits on having the 4 girth straps (all in excellent condition) which helps secure saddle on flat backed horses. Thorowgood T8 Cob GP saddle black 17.5" XW/XXW

Brought this saddle for young horse who was growing and changing shape approximately a year and a half ago. Purchased as it was adjustable, but he has now levelled off and I'm buying a dressage saddle as this is the direction we are moving towards. Thorowgood advertise this saddle as a good all-round saddle for the rounder build and the low withered Cob-type horse. It has a medium depth seat is ideal for a range of riding activities and offers 4 girthing options to achieve maximum saddle stability. Synthetic underneath but has a quality leather seat and knee pads and gives the feel of riding on an all leather saddle. It is also flocked with 100% British wool. The saddle current is set with the yellow S bar gullet plate which equates to XW/XXW. I also have the white gullet plate - XW and the red gullet plate - W. Tree needs to be adjusted by a Saddle Company Saddler This saddle is in very good condition and was checked over by my saddler 6 months ago. Its extremely comfy and secure to ride in and the only reason I need to sell it is that my PRE has out grown it! The tree has been adjusted to as wide as it will go and he needs wider now! The saddle has serge panels which a lot of horses prefer as they tend to be softer and warmer. Please take a good look at the photos - I will try and vacuum off as many white hairs as possible before collection or posting the saddle!
