U.S WW2 Officers doeskin coat.

A WW2 officers olive drab doeskin short coat. The tag is missing but it has written inside 39R It is a tailored fit. The top of the collar to hem is 35 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 19 inches Top of shoulder to end of sleeve is 25 inches Armpit to armpit is 20 inches. Now it is priced accordingly as the lining is rather grubby and the hanging strip is missing and there is a little hole which is in the inside back. It has one button missing which is hidden under the collar and it has moth nips all over which only shows in certain light. The worst part is on the left side collar which had a largish long moth hole which has been sewn up. It is a lovely coat, great for re-enactment. Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit

The handle is also still with the original wire winding, which is completely intact. The gilding is slightly darkened but the handle still looks very good, without any damage, which is true for nearly the entire sabre. It is a very beautiful sabre, as rarely seen.
