The author of this very shameful and incomprehensibly cruel reading material, Hans Graf von Monts (), was a ss-Sturmbahnführerand from the summer of through April of , he was Chief of the Referat Truppenbetreuung under ‘Generalkomissar zur Besondere Verwendung’. In the spring of , he committed suicide in the prison where he was sent to after he was accused of corruption. Cf. Groeneveld p. and Wikipedia. A severely anti-Semitic time-period document that has no equal in its rudeness. That anti-Semitism was not limited to the Nazis and the German population, is demonstrated by this Dutch anti-Semitic writing.
