Toy stables measures 30cm from the floor to the top of the roof at the front and 15cm from the ground to the top of the door. This is in excellent condition except for a water mark (shown in the picture) that is underneath the roof on the front left side as you look at it. As you can see from the front view of the stables this cannot actually be seen. You can only really see it when you turn it upside down, as I did in the photo.
