This is a nice piece of garden furniture and looks pretty good with the surrounding garden. It measures approx. 6' x 6', with 2' verandah at front. We are selling our playhouse as our fence has just been renewed, so we are having a change. It is in very good order throughout. Always looked after. We have recently repainted, Sadolins, the roof felt is fine. The gauge of the wood is slightly better than the cheap ones, as can be seen on the internal pictures. Completely dry. No leaks here!
