Heartbreaking decision to sell our Dog

Pedro is coming up to 1 year old and is up for rehoming to the best of homes including all his things. He is still entire as we got advices to have him done at 1 yr. He is microshipped and vaccinated. Due booster this year. Up to date with everything else. He is a lovable young dog who still needs training and obedience. We have started taking him to agility to where he has shown huge potential and learning all obstacles in first session! He lives his toys and plays fetch though likes to drop the ball next to you instead of giving. Has been around horses and others. Enjoys human companionship and can be cuddly and loveable (that's if you manage to settle him down cos this dog has more energy than you can imagine!) I wouldn't say he is suitable with any kids under 5 as he can jump about and claw hands or legs. But kids old enough to tell him off or down should be fine. He knows sit and down. Also wait. Have started teaching him go home command. Drastic changes in circumstances means he has to go as we won't be able to manage considering we live in a flat too. Would love to be able to keep in contact with new owners and have updates as he is much loved. We require to do a house visit of potential home. We are looking for a small dog who is looking for a forever home to join our family. We would love a young dog who would be happy to join us on daily walks around our local park, running around the garden, and trips in the car to the seaside and nature reserves at weekends and who would be comfortable meeting our friends, their young children, dogs of all sizes and a couple of confident cats (although none of them live with us). I work from home, so it would be lovely to have a dog to keep me company in the day. We have looked after several dogs at our home and are happy to give you the details of our friends if you would like a reference- we understand that rehoming a dog can be very difficult and you want the best for them! We live in the Harrow area and would ideally like to be able to visit a dog (or have them visit us) to make sure that they will be happy with us.
