Due to a change in circumstances we are selling our beautiful caravan which is sited at Haven Littlesea, Weymouth, Dorset. We bought this van in and it has never been a rental vehicle. Myself and my wife plus occasional family are the only people to have used it. We made a lot of improvements when first bought. These include professionally made fully lined curtains, new carpet with underlay. A kingsize bed in main room with under neath storage. Two new beds in second bedroom as the originals were so narrow, which seems to be the case in most vans. Radiator fitted in main bedroom. It's is very homely and is sold with all fixtures and fittings which include; Two TV's, Amp, bedding, all kitchen equipment, which includes the essential 'beer fridge' which we fitted ourselves. Will also include large outside metal storage unit, gas BBQ, wooden table and circular seating with umbrella. We also had all the seating recoverd Besides the two bedrooms there is a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Loads of other bits too numerous to include. We have our own parking hard stand and a new patio was laid in (see pic) We live in Weymouth and will oversee the viewings and sales ourselves. We are in the Meadows area of the site. Willerby Leven caravan sited at Littlesea Weymouth

A very comfotable two bedroom six berth caravan with full central heating with a new boiler this year, double glazed to all windows. A short walk to all the facilities and lovely views over the lagoon and to the sea from the lounge window, carpets to the lounge hall and bedroom and laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Large master bedroom with king size bed his and her wardrobes, corner seat and windows to both sides, and an en- suite, a lovely light bright bedroom. Second bedroom has two single beds with cabinet between and wall cupboards above, wardrobe and large mirror. The hall has a good size cupboard that houses the boiler and ironing board vacuum cleaner ect. The kitchen is fully fitted with full size cooker and fridge freezer microwave and all crockery pots and pans included,the dining area has wrap around seating with a round table and two stools. The large lounge has a fitted sofa to three sides with pull out bed underneath, a gas fire with surounding floor and wall cupboards and a coffee table. Bathroom with wash basin toilet and shower. Outside there is a patio with bench table and our own parking spot. Littlesea is a five star excellent holiday park in Weymouth Dorset and being an owner has many advantages including owners lounge with free tea and coffee, a pool table and small childrens play area and a very pleasent outside seating area.
