Willerby Rio 'X12 Littlesea ALL SITES FEES PAID

Due to a change in circumstances we are selling our beautiful caravan which is sited at Haven Littlesea, Weymouth, Dorset. We bought this van in and it has never been a rental vehicle. Myself and my wife plus occasional family are the only people to have used it. We made a lot of improvements when first bought. These include professionally made fully lined curtains, new carpet with underlay. A kingsize bed in main room with under neath storage. Two new beds in second bedroom as the originals were so narrow, which seems to be the case in most vans. Radiator fitted in main bedroom. It's is very homely and is sold with all fixtures and fittings which include; Two TV's, Amp, bedding, all kitchen equipment, which includes the essential 'beer fridge' which we fitted ourselves. Will also include large outside metal storage unit, gas BBQ, wooden table and circular seating with umbrella. We also had all the seating recoverd Besides the two bedrooms there is a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Loads of other bits too numerous to include.
