Live aboard boat

So unfortunately I am selling my home, it's a DeGroot BMC engine, water draft is 2ft6, air draft is 9ft10 and it's 30ft by 12ft in size. It was bought by me a few years ago and since owning it I have gutted and re designed the interior it had a double bedroom at the back, storage in the wheelhouse, then there is a kitchen wet room with shower and a sofa area that converts into another double bed. The boat is fully self sufficient it has 3 solar panels that run all the electrics including a new fridge bought few weeks ago. The boiler and cooker are gas powered. The boat is available with the mooring it currently sits located on canvey island, the mooring fees are £83 per month. It really is a boat to come and view the pictures are good but it's bigger than it looks inside.
