This man is a wonderful individual of whom has become wheel chair bound due to illness, he was a chef and went so far as to serve some high profile people including members of the royal family, he is a proud individual and has found it difficult to accept the fact of having to spend life as a person with disabilities. I as a close friend of this man was ignorant to the treatment that people with disabilities have to endure, this man has been victim to disability discrimination, his independence has been blocked due to issues that when reported have been ignored, he as been victim of abuse (recorded proof available), his equal rights have been rejected. A number of other issues of which have caused depression and require assistance by an individual or organisation of whom has knowledge of the New Health And Social Care Act , the documented ignorance is available.
