Both in really good condition. They will have to be taken down but I still have instructions for the wardrobe and I think I still have them for the cotbed. Lovely pine sleigh style cotbed with 3 adjustable heights and two removable side panels. Can be set up with just one side on if wanting to "sidecar" to the family bed.
