Lovely young cockerel, beautifully coloured, would love to keep but already have a dominant male. Wasn't planning on breeding this year but had 4 broodies. Not aggressive at all, spends most of his time in the field or with his friends sitting in the sun. Think would go on to produce very attractive chicks in the future.

Having a cockerel running with your hens definitely makes them feel more secure and contented. It's also great to hear one crowing in the morning and they do make the most splendid lawn ornaments! This one is a young healthy bird, hatched autumn . He's just coming into his full adult plumage and is just beginning to crow. He's an accidental cross - Andalusian x Welsummer, the product of a surprise clutch of chicks - so he has no real breeding value and we already have a couple of other cockerels, so we can't keep him ourselves. Would be great for breeding from, they are half Shetland (Dad) and either Runner or I think more probably Khaki Campbell. They would make a great edition to any group and are easy to look after. Would prefer to sell both together as they have never been apart. Selling as I am concentrating on Rare Breed Shetland this year.

Fully feathered guineas from my flock of 11 free range adult Guineas. A nice little friendly starter flock for those new to guineas or ideal number to add new bloodlines to an existing flock. Help and advice available for those new to Guineas. Guineas are great at letting you know when buzzards or foxes are around, they are interesting, funny and easy to look after. Will require a safe home at night and a pen for at least 3 weeks till they know where home is.
