Wharfedale Glendale XP2 floorstanding/large bookshelf

Classic early s loudspeakers designed and built in the UK. With the typically rich Wharfedale sound, they have a teak finish with cloth grilles and are in very good cosmetic and working condition. The speaker surrounds are all intact and show no signs of wear. These are a 3-way design with a 10 inch bass unit, a 4 inch midrange and a 3/4 inch dome tweeter. Impedance is 6 ohms and sensitivity is 86dB. Size is 565mmH x 305mmW x 265mmD and power handling is 40 watts. The original box is included. Happy to demonstrate. Cash on collection only. No postage or delivery.

Wharfedale Denton II vintage speakers - good sound

Wharfedale Denton II vintage speakers that have been stored for some years. They sound good and in real Teak veneer cases. The cases are not vented and so you can place against a wall without getting excessive boom. In their day they were regarded as hifi and they are still competitive but I just don't use them and I need the space back. 24 wide, 33cm tall and 20cm deep. Wharfedale Dovedale 3 HiFi Speakers

Wharfedale legendary floor standing Dovedale 3 Stereo hifi 3-way Loud Speakers. Large teak vineered solid cabinets hold 12" base unit with 5" mid range and 1" tweeter. Selector switches on rear enable adjustment of crossover unit to personnal choice. Classic 70's full range hifi speakers handling 50 watts din each. Claimed to have frequency response k within 4dB as standard with 45 litre cabinets, these custom made units were hand built to an exact Wharfedale enhanced design of 65 litres and better bass performance. Cabinets measure 29"x17"x12" approx. Owned from new these speakers have had little use are in excellent condition with only a few small scratches. There is no damage to driver units. Can demonstrate.
