Capricorn is 16.1 Warmblood 12 year old gelding who loves to jump and who has been with our family for 4 years. In that time he has been ridden by my daughter for Pony Club activities and showjumping. He has done rallies and been part of show jumping and Novice Area Trials teams. This talented horse is an affectionate character who is good to handle, shoe, clip and unfazed by the heaviest of traffic. We have had no unsoudness problems with him. As my daughter is now at university, he needs to go to a home where he can give someone else the fun we have had with him. Capricorn is a bold show jumper who never stops and he is calm and rhythmical around a course. He is snaffle-mouthed and does not pull. He does however need an experienced home with regular work and is not suitable for a novice rider, as he is a slightly quirky horse, but not mad or bad. Magnum is not backed he is a blank canvas for some one to work with, he is 16hh approx and I have owned him since he was six months old, he will be four next spring. His background is as follows:- I do not know much about his breeding, I know his mother was Weatherby's Registered, I have traced back her breed line to a Champion Stallion in Canada. The Stallion that Magnum is from, as far as I am aware was a Scottish Sports horse unfortunately that is all I know. Magnum is a lovely natured horse, but being the breed he is, he is now bored and really needs a one to one with some one that has the time, he is wasted with me as I am a happy hacker. He has good clean limbs and has no vices, the only health problem he had was an abscess over the winter due to the ground being so wet. He gets fidgety at the stable door waiting to be led out, he thinks he should be first.

16hh Westphalian Warmblood Mare in Bridgwater

Layla is a beautifully breed chestnut Westphalian Warmblood mare 16hh looking for a new home. The good bits. Layla is 17 years young and has been there and done it and still has a lot of years left in her. She has hunted, XC, SJ, PC, dressage, fun rides, beach rides. 3 lovely paces, has a nice pop to her and will happily jump 3ft tracks with ease. She is very well schooled, is light and forward but not strong, snaffle mouthed always. Currently ridden in open fields with other horses around. She is a kind hearted mare that doesn't have a malice bone in her body. She loads like a dream, good to clip, catch, groom, traffic etc. Lives in or out. Hacks alone or in company, will go first or last. She is a very experienced horse that requires someone to take charge and ride her to her full potential. Would suit many riders wanting to compete or hunt etc. Fully vaccinated and wormed to date. Has had teeth done a couple of months ago. Bad bits. She is not keen on the farrier (possibly had a bad experience) she's doesn't do anything malicious and the farrier still gets the job done with relative ease but she fidgets about a lot and does get a bit stressed. She can also be nervous around new people, again it just makes her fidget, she soon settles down though. Apart from this she has no other known vices, fit and well and ready to go. Westphalian Warmblood Mare - Been there and done it in

Waestphalian Warmblood Mare for sale - She is 16, and a total gem of a horse. Has so much to offer, but i am retiring from horses due to health issues and separation. She will hunt first or last, has been ridden by kids, and also used as a lead rein pony for my 5 year old. She has lovely floating paces and excels when schooled and has a natural talent for dressage. I have not done much jumping with her but she has a bold jump. She is a delight to handle on the ground, but can be a little fidgety with the farrier, but there is not a bad bone in her body. She has never put a hoof wrong with me. She is a very calm chilled horse. She will be sold with a full wardrobe, of rugs, saddle, bridle boots etc etc. Quick sale needed due to health and also separation. She has not been ridden for 6 weeks due to the aforementioned, however this should not be an issue, she can have weeks off and still come back in to work and be a total star.
