Lovely chap with impeccable manners. Loves attention. Jumps, xc and schools and hunts (not with me). He loves hacking fantastic in company, but needs a confident rider when going it alone. Having said that he doesn't buck, rear or bolt. He can be forward and a bit sharp when schooling and jumping, but nothing nasty a confident rider would take any notice of so not a novice ride.. Taken him to adult camp where he behaved 100% and fun rides. Passported up to date with jabs. new set of shoes (only requires fronts) and just had teeth done. Will come with bridle and all rugs. Travels in a trailer. Wears a headcollar (field safe)in field that's all padded that will go with him otherwise he will only come if he feels like it but can catch him fine when it's on. trinkets Dutch Warmblood gelding for sale. It's unfortunately time for us to pass our beloved warmblood horse (Darknight) to his new rider due to lack of time and no one to take care of him. He was born in late and is over 170cm as measured at the withers. Kind of all handling and stand as a light in shipment. A horse with a lot of energy and great personality like Darknight deserve a good and caring family. Darknight is a potential horse for any rider. Jumps everything and sets up for his rider at all times! Sparingly raced through lack of time. Darknight started but jumps higher on training. Skipping a few obstacles on 130m. But he is currently jumping 140 and much progress dressage (intermediate II), he made very high in their past contests on our local communities. We have to reposition Darknight only to horse-loving families!

5* Home required for Welsh X Gelding in Sheffield

Oscar is an 8YO Strawberry Roan, 14.3hh, Welsh Cross Gelding. Through no fault of this own, Oscar has not been pushed to his full potential this year and as a result he is up for sale and a 5* home is the most important thing required for him. Oscar has been with me for four years and has competed at regular shows. He has three lovely paces and a strong jump however, he requires someone who is able to push him to his full potential as I do not have the time. He has competed in and around the Sheffield area for a local riding society and has always placed. Oscar has taken part in Show Jumping, Cross Country and Dressage. As a pair we also took part in Pony Club for a year and did mostly flat work workshops where he always excelled. Oscar is not a novice ride as he requires someone with experience to be able to point him in the right direction. Oscar also is willing to hack alone and in company. Oscar has a half set of shoes and is not a problem with the farrier, dentist or vet. He is currently up to date with shoes, vaccinations and the dentist. Oscar is not nasty or silly however can sometimes be head strong on the ground, though this is in working progress and his manners are becoming better. He does not barge from stables or paddocks and is good to load, groom and bath. I have previously had Oscar clipped but can sometimes be nervous. He is very eager to please, he has never bucked, reared or bolted with me. He has been previously based on a working farm and was around tractors all the time. He requires someone with time and attention to be able to build a relationship with him. He is willing to work and has proved this within the four years of me having him. Very sad sale due to lack of time, long term home is far more important than price. He requires someone with experience and knowledge and patience to help push him to further develop his abilities and lead him forward. Welsh sec A grey gelding. Ideal lead rein pony. He’s been used as a lead rein to get me eldest going however he’s now Sadly outgrown him. Mainly used for hacking.
