He has previously competed successfully in the showring and dressage. With us he has turned his hoof to Pony club, show jumping, working hunter, and has been to camps at Somerford. Welsh Section D bay gelding

Nantgwinau Cadog (by Geler Sparc x Rhandir Farwel Haf) Cadog is a very handsome hh Welsh Section D gelding rising 9 years old (foaled ). He is very intelligent, inquisitive and quick to learn. He's also quirky and full of character; he likes to play and loves being groomed. He has always been barefoot and is extremely tough. He can live out 24/7 with or without rugs in all weather conditions. Cadog has mostly been taught from the ground and has walked, trotted and cantered under saddle using natural horsemanship techniques. In he spent 7 weeks with a natural horsemanship professional. He has hacked out in company and on his own however due to lack of time and circumstances he is relatively inexperienced for his age and has been out of work for a year so ideally he will need someone knowledgeable, experienced, calm and confident to bring him back in to work and improve his confidence enough to get him hacking out on his own again. Cadog weaves and very occasionally windsucks and has some issues with being stabled so he prefers to live out 24/7; he did however make a significant improvement whilst being stabled during his time with the natural horsemanship professional. Recent work in the stable has also proved successful using a natural horsemanship technique. If stabling is to be a consideration, he would require further work in this area. He will also require company whilst turned out. He has previously travelled in a box and trailer. I have owned Cadog since he was 2 years old so my decision to take this step hasn't been taken lightly; he is only being rehomed due to lack of time and circumstances. Cadog is for sale for £500 however I am open to offers as finding the right person and home is more important than price. 13hh Welsh Section B Gelding

Pillheath Santana (aka Bruno for short) is a 4 year old Welsh pony Section B Gelding standing 13hh and registered. He is the first to come out of the field, very friendly and inquisitive. He is turned out year round and has a good winter coat. He will come with his rain and cold weather turnout rug but will need a new thick winter turnout rug. He is happy when the farrier visits him and loves a good brush. Bruno respects fences and is not skittish of cars, but doesnt like little yapping dogs to much. He has a friendly personality, and the kids in the village love to give him a pet. He has a big endearing personality. Bruno was bought as a project for my wife so that she could train him further and advance her skills, however after having him a week, we found out we were expecting and have been trying to juggle having the horses, but we have had to be realistic and feel they deserve a home where they can get some more attention. Bruno is excellent on a lead rein, he will match your pace as you walk. He has been lunge by his previous owner. We unfortunately have not been able to saddle him and tack him as I am to big and my wife to pregnant to attempt it. Read more
