Bryn is a lovely liver chestnut gelding, 16 years old, 12.2hh. He is ideal as a lead rein pony being eye catching with lots of personality. He is good to hack out and is not bothered at all by traffic. He's good to catch, box and handle, Fully wormed and vaccinated and barefoot. 12.2hh Welsh Section B Chestnut Gelding in Huntingdon

Genuine reason for sale of handsome 12.2hh chestnut gelding. Welsh section B. Age 20 years young. Bought as a lead rein pony but is forward going with good paces and loads of presence so I feel he is wasted being ridden by my nervous son. Lovely pony to have around, enjoys being groomed and handled easily by my 8 year old son. Enjoys being with people, Good with traffic, catch and farrier (is currently barefoot) prefers to live out so very low maintenance. Vacs, teeth and wormer up to date. Has been to pony club rallies with us and also with his previous owners of 7 years, including camp and shows. For sale through no fault of his own. A stunning pony by Heaton Romeo who has been shown in hand and as a lead rein. He has taught my 3 children to ride on lead rein and then off lead rein out hacking, but he is not a first ridden pony in the school or at events as can get strong, excited and pop in a buck. He would suit a confident older child or small adult as the rider needs to get him going forward and work him properly. He has been schooled for showing and can canter on command but with us he has been primarily used to hack. An absolute darling to handle at home, good to loads, good with vet and farrier, has no health issues. All vaccinations and teeth up to date (April ) and only has front shoes (goes bare foot in the winter when we do less road work). Lives out most of the winter (until our ground can’t cope) and then in at night/ out by day (rugged part of the winter). Are you looking for a horse you can spend time with on the ground, I am looking for someone to come and spend time with my horse who is happy not to ride him. More of a companion type of role. I have three horses and millions has a lovely person who loves to spend time with him, grooming, taking for a walk, taking to the yard and just getting to know him. Sadly she is moving away so i am looking for a replacement wonder person. I prefer him not to be ridden due to a previous leg injury but over time im sure he will be back in the saddle with the right rider. There could be the opportunity to have the odd ride on one of my other horses however i am really looking for someone who just likes spending time outdoors with horses, doesn't mind the rain or mud.
