Loving 15.1hh, 14 yr old Section D. Black Gelding. Good to catch, load, shoe, handle, tack up etc. Hacks alone and in company. I am reluctantly selling this pony because she hasn't been ridden for a while and is too good to go to waste. She is 14.1hh and she is a 12 year old mare. She was broken as a ride and drive, but I have only ever ridden her. She has been hunting, out on fun rides and hacks alone or in company and is good in traffic, she has done a lot of road work. She lives on a busy farm and is used to tractors, quads and dogs. Bella has never bucked reared or bolted. She is good to catch, shoe and box. Bella is a lovely mare and is quick to learn. Magic is sweet natures, is a quick learner and has a desire to please his rider. Been riding for approximately 5 years but for the past year or so I have been unable to ride regularly, leaving him quite green and subsequently not for novice riders. Magic has mainly done cavalletti work, mountain hikes and hacking. He has been schooled in the past but does need re-schooling. Good with farrier and has previously been shod but over recent years has been left barefoot. Looking for an experienced rider and loving home as magic is a loving friend for life. Very sad sale due to no fault of his own, He has been shown very lightly but has been in the ribbons so is still a novice but has great potential. Ridden by a 13 year old and 9 year old he’s good with children but can be cheeky in the stable so needs a firm hand. Just started to work over poles and jumps and is not phased at all, would make a great working hunter pony with more work. Has three fabulous paces. Good to load and good with the farrier. Decided to make the heartwrenching decision to sell my boy. This is a really hard decision so please no time wasters. Alfie is a welsh section c standing approx hh 11 years old. He was bought for my novice 9 year old but IS NOT A NOVICE RIDE and therefore not suitable for us any longer. We have had him for 13 months and I ride him myself and he is perfect for my daughter on a lead rein (my 2 year old son also regularly rides him on a lead rein too and he has never put a hoof wrong) but my daughter wants to progress and he is simply too strong for her ability. He is not a nasty pony in any way, if he were for me id be keeping him. He doesnt buck or rear but needs a strong confident rider with an assertive but gentle manner to put him in his place because he is strong willed and will try his luck to get his own way until he knows you- typical welshie in that respect! Alfie likes company when turned out and doesnt like to be left behind when hacking in company. Hacks alone fine. He is a bit wary of lorries, although doesnt spin or such like, and is generally fine with a bit of encouragement. He would be brilliant for a strong confident teen/small adult to take out to local shows as he has a lovely jump on him. Registered Welsh section C gelding 3 years old (February foal), big chunky chap to make full up 13.2 By Rangeview Radius and out of Bryncarreg duffy. Arnie has masses of bone and feather, real old fashioned sort hard to find. Leg in each corner. Arnie is a great character to have around, I have owned him since a foal, he was shown a couple of times as a foal and again as a rising 2 year old, had a couple of wins and a reserve champion but done nothing since due to lack of time. I can't hold him back anymore so with his best interests at heart he has to be sold. He is more than ready to start ground work for breaking, has worn a saddle but not yet bitted. Lovely movement, will excel in ridden or working hunter or would be a fantastic driving prospect. Good to do, you can trim him up around his face/muzzle with no headcollar on, he is still nervy with the farrier and to pick his feet out but stands with some food to be done. Just needs someone to spend more time with him. He has never lived out, he does like his comforts. Lovely character and personality, everyone who meets him falls in love. Real genuine lovely Welsh Section C mare, 11 years old. Full up 13.2hh. Been a broodmare, not in foal this time been scanned. I bought this lovely mare in September with all intentions of breaking her and then to go on to show. But being optimistic and blinded to how busy my life actually is with two young children I just do not have the time. She is currently stabled at night and out during the day which she has settled into brilliantly. I have had a bridle and saddle on with no problems at all. She's had her teeth done last week which she stood foot perfect. She's had her feet trimmed. She is barefoot and will probably never need shoes. She's the hardy type. This is a genuine and very sad sale. This mare has so much potential and literally is just a late starter. She's been with the lady who bred off her since a 6 month old foal then to me. She has apparently bred some real serious foals. She could potentially bred again but I feel she is ready now to come out of that and start work. She has lived with the cows with us and then been moved to livery yard so she could be stabled at night. She really isn't fazed. She's seen all farm machinery. She travels brilliant. If she doesn't sell, then I will muscle on till I get them time to start work with her. I really want someone to have her who is wanting a winter project then to show next year and have some fun.
