Approx 11.2hh (not been measured) 5 year old welsh section A gelding. Very green and early in education. In need of reminder of groundwork as can be pushy but not aggressive. Has worn full tack and been sat on by 3 & 5 year old children. Been turned away over summer. Very showy movement in field potentially good for showing? Can be stabled but has also lived out. Good with farrier for trim but never been shod. Needs work on loading.

The bottom part is in our kitchen which is why you can see it without the top part but then the other picture is to show how it looks altogether so please excuse the clutter on it! ??for sale ?? Birtley Over The Moon: Stunning year old registered welsh section B for sale. Bought from the well known Birtley and Bazale welsh section B stud. Birtley Over the Moon known as Kippy has proved to be a very brave and eager to please pony showing huge amounts of potential. Kippy who was broken in at the beginning of last year is now a well schooled pony with three beautiful paces, along with an incredible careful jump on him, showing masses of potential for a PC/ all rounder pony. Happily working on the flat with controlled paces and extremely brave cross country ready to give anything a go with a confident rider. Careful into and out of fences. Quick on the turns for a timed show jumping round very rarely touching a pole. Kippy has been out to ODE's and hunter trials and many little show jumping events where he stands impeccably all day on or off the trailer, standing as solid as a rock at an event to. Doesn't get fizzy or silly with a group of horses. Good to hack alone or in company. Unfortunately this pony does come with a few quirks, can sometimes be tricky to load, nothing nasty, just occasionally needs a bit of time and gentle encouragement. Does get better the more he goes out to 'parties'. Kippy is usually brilliant on the ground with young children, however being a typical pony occasionally needs a firm adult to remind him. Can be a little territorial over hard feed, again with an experienced person this can be resolved, or he is fine if you give him his feed and leave him to eat. However apart from these little quirks Kippy is a true gent to be around and a very loyal pony. Kippy is up to date with vaccinations, teeth, farrier (currently barefoot) and worming. For sale due to no fault of his own, but current owner hasn't stopped growing and has now moved onto a bigger horse and he is now ready to take another little jockey on a new adventure.
