This front-facing, centre-mounted bicycle seat provided my son and daughter great joy, but they've now outgrown it. My son could still use it when he was nearly 5. It is very stable and having the child in front feels safer to me, and is a closer experience between parent and child. There are shoulder straps that clip into leg/belt straps, and a small triangular "table" that your son or daughter can hold onto (or not) or even lean and sleep on.
