Wayfarer Mk 4: Sail Number . As new.

The boat is white inside and purple outside Previous owner bought new in November . It was bought, fitted out and set up by Ian Porter In it was used once at West Oxford Sailing Club, once at Lymington Town SC and at the Wayfarer Gathering in the Lake District, so seven or eight times in total. I bought the boat in late and sailed it about 15 times in at Parkstone YC Poole. Due to a knee injury we have reluctantly decided to sell. It is the racing version, incuded with the boat are two sets of sails; Almost new racing sails that came with the boat, the spinnaker has only been used about 6 times in total, so three all but new sails. There is a new McNamara genoa on an Aeroluff reefing spar that has been used once and is as new. An Edge gib in new condition An Edge main with two reefing lines The boat is rigged for racing but also has reefing lines which can be attached to the boom. There is a removable out board bracket. Cotton overboom cover and another flat cover for trailering. It has a combi trailer. The boat was set up with both cruising and racing in mind but by removing the fittings on the boom for reefing it would be just racing spec. I've have sailed this Wayfarer regularly, cruising and racing, at Castle Cove Sailing Club in Weymouth, but I spend more time on a keel boat now, and just don't have time for both. Everything is in good order, but there is no spinnaker. I replaced the mainsail and cover 3 years ago and these are still in very good condition. It has a good combi road/launch trailer. For sale is a Wayfarer sailing dinghy sail number 93xx. Please note the black TRAILER DOES NOT COME WITH THE BOAT but is available by seperate negotiation. Hull. The hull and deck are in their original gel coat with a anti fowled bottom. They have never been painted. A few marks and minor repairs over the years but nothing major and nothing to prevent the boat being put on the water tomorrow. The boat comes with a complete set of seats in good condition. Floorboards are present and useable but would benefit from a coat of paint or replacing Spars. Mast and boom are aluminium and free from bends and major damage Sails. A main sail and jib are included with the boat. These are in good order and ideal for club racing or cruising. They are not blown out and still hold their shape Extras. Topper dinghy in good used condition. It does have surface scratches and some sun discolouration as expected for a boat of this age. Complete with 2 sails, both in very good condition, one of which has remained unused in a full length sail bag, and a brand new boat cover. Mast, boom dagger board rudder and tiller extension.
