Watkins Rapier 33 in great nick for the year. Everything works fine but no tremolo bar (Fender tremolo bar is same fit). The tuners work great but need cleaning and there is some crazing to the back of the neck but is just cosmetic no affect to the guitar whatsoever and it plays a treat. These really have taken off as collection pieces I have been watching these go on that site we all loathe and can't believe what they are going for with all sorts of defects so this is a real good buy at a sensible (not greedy) price. Watkins Rapier 33 wanted

I lost my Watkins Rapier 33 guitar in a house move in Rushden Northants a few years ago and I'd love to get it back. It's not where I used to live as it was sold on by the new house owner, so if the current owner of the guitar gets in touch I'll be delighted to make a sensible offer. Unless it's been resprayed it is easy to recognise as it is painted white (badly!) and the brush strokes are visible. It had a black scratchplate and three silver pickups although that could have been changed. There is also a repair to the neck where I once snapped the neck off the body by driving over it! In short it has been through the wars, but it was my first electric guitar and has lots of sentimental value to me - I'd love to get it back. Read More
