Boxed as new...this sounds every bit as good as the actual Pultec in character and tone but for a fraction of the price...on vocals, drums and bass this is pretty much untouchable but especially on program material where it just seems to tighten and enhance everything in a good way, check online to see the A-B comparisons and you will see that all the trained ears found it very hard to tell between the Pultec and this, it really is that good.
