This ornament used to be property of E.H. Roose Dean and Parish PriestAfter his death, a family member took care of it for several years and now this beautiful ornament deserves a nice place in a new living room.This ornament was probably part of a pulpit.It can also be mounted on e.g. a wall.Beautifully carved from one solid block of oak.In the middle of the ornament there is a beautiful angel with wings, a beautiful face with long hair.The very finely made feathers in the wings are striking.Patina of age makes the ornament even more beautiful.Its length is 165 cm, height 50 cm, thickness 15 cm and its weight is 12.5 kg.Because of its weight and size, it is recommended to collect the ornament in Izegem (Belgium).
