This is a beautifully kept very tidy registered bailey caravan. Fixed bed half dorema awning included with sale. 2 aqua rollers and 1 waste container. This really is a very good example of this caravan, has been to in the family from new. The down sides to this caravan is the bottom storage cupboard glass door is missing due to us not closing it probably whilst touring and it shattered, this can be purchased from the manufacturer for £37. And the toilet cassette sliding handle got snapped by a clumsy friend. We had a quote from Elite caravans based in cranfield but are also mobile for £90 aiming pounds. Neither greatly effect use. The caravan is in very good condition no damp what so ever, and comes with a full awning and instruction manuals. The seats have recently been recovered and the curtains replaced, it has a vinyl tiled flooring. Sterling Europa 500L . Serviced last July. 3 new tyres. Alko stabiliser. Family owned and a good condition for its age. Double dinette with bunk bed at the rear. A couple of things to point out as you would expect from a caravan of this age. The rear of the caravan does have a smell dint as can be seen in one of the photos but this does not affect the caravan. The water heater works only on electric not gas. There is a slight issue with one of the blinds but we've always managed with it. I prefer to be honest so you know what to expect before travelling to see the caravan. For sale is our 5 berth omega compass Fab starter caravan..has hob fridge and toilet area with an outwell portaloo gas fire..seating area at back turns to.double to rear with single over and double to front of the van inside the caravan is in very good condition considering shes an old girl..exterior is as to be expected for age with a few scratches and dents here and there electrics work although none of the gas has been tested as since buying it 2 years ago we've never used it as always use an electric oil filled radiator (personal preference as just feels it safer) The bad points (would rather be honest) the van is set up for running cold water however when we bought it the lady said that the kitchen tap spurts the water out near the seal so weve never used it but have been told its an easy fix..this has never been issue for us as we just take bottled water with us. Caravan itself is lightweight easy manoeuvre onto our drive with just me and the hubby We've had many happy breaks away in this and only selling due to buying a bigger van I have a full size awning for it however there are a couple of holes in the front corner where the eyelets have come away but happy to throw it in as is still useable and been used by us I am ideally looking for 700 but taking into account the water problem etc willing to take serious offers really need gone ideally asap as pick new van up at weekend Read More
