KNAUS SUDWIND BERTH CARAVAN

KNAUS SUDWIND 440,LIGHT WEIGHT 4 BERTH CARAVAN WITH ALKO STABILISER FITTED total length 19ft width 7 ft, m.g.w kg, unladen 800kg This caravan is very rare to come by,it a 4 berth single axle caravan with end bedrooms, as you can see the front of the caravan you have your seating area this drops to a double bed and a sliding door closes it off. the rear has the large U shape seating this also drops to a large double bed... the kitchen has 2 gas hobs fully working as you can see, 3 way fridge, and it comes with a nearly new microwave, the bathroom has a wash basin, shower tray, vanity unit with mirror, porti loo, this is cold water only caravan but very easy to put a water heater in, you can buy a electric water heater or gas, the bathroom has the shower tray fitted, the caravan has a gas trumatic sl heater with truma vent, this blows the heat around the caravan including in the bathroom i have tested the lights, all working i have tested the gas hob, and fire all working first try !! i have damp tested the caravan and all dry.!!!! floors are solid !!!! black out blinds all round including curtains. all seating is in fantastic condition!! very solid 4 berth caravan the outside is in great shape for her age. tyres are as new, great breaks and hand break. all road lights work. it has the alko chassis also fitted is a alko stabiliser the rear window has a crack on but this is only outer skin or the double glassed window and does not leak easy fix or simple replacement, comes with a key for all locks... comes with water/wast container, double step, hook up lead, leg winder,poti loo, water pump, virtually new porch awning and breathable ground sheet, this caravan is not a new caravan,but in great shape for a caravan of 27 years old more than happy if you want to come and view !!! any tests welcome !!!
