Racing bike, small fix needed

I bought the bike just a year ago for £100 when preparing for my first year at university. The bike needs a new lower bracket, and riding it now causes it to shake side to side, which interferes with the gears. Selling for a fix-up as I'm sure there's someone out there who would like it, as opposed to me taking it to Halfords and have them do it for £. I have a few spare inner tubes (sealed) for this bike that will be given for free, as will have no use for them myself. Both tyres are in good condition, as had checked, likewise the frame, gears, brakes and chain are all good. Slight tape was applied around the handle bars by myself to prevent any wearing of the handlebar rubbers. Will accept reasonable offers.
