Spendor Prelude Classic Monitor Stand-Mount Speakers

Spendor Prelude Up for a sale are these pair of classic BBC-type monitor speakers. Sound quality is actually really impressive. They are accurate, great soundstage and very low but tidy bass. Exceptionally 'fast', amp-friendly, may be a good match with valves. Over-all really great fun speaker and incredible value. Rogers LS4a HiFi Speakers

For Sale: A pair of British built Roger LS4a in Black Ash. The speakers are in extremely good condition. The serial numbers are A and B. They come in the original Rogers box and packaging at the point of sale. These speakers can be used with amplifiers as little as 15 Watts per channel. The LS4a became an instant hit when they came out, and a favourite of equipment reviewer. Many of the top Hi-Fi stores made this their go-to choice for fussy listeners who wanted a small speaker at a down-to-earth price. They are in very good condition, especially for their age. The speakers measure about 17 high x 10 wide x 10 deep. They also come with the original owner’s manual. The cones are in excellent condition. Musically, they provide a neutral, detailed sound with good imagery. There is a tiny nick in the front of one grille and a tiny chip at the base of one of the speakers. They are hardly noticeable. I have owned these from new. The only reason I am looking to sell them is that I have moved to a pair of Jamo Concert 8 with dedicated stands. I will be really sorry to see them go! Vintage Rogers LS2 Speakers in Aberdeen

Vintage Rogers LS). Designed to suit the smaller room where space is a premium the highly regarded LS2, despite its modest proportions, presents music in a bold and explicit manner. It is designed for shelf or wall bracket placement. It is a 2 way reflex system with an 8ohm impedance and a sensitivity of 87db at 1m. It si suitable for amplifiers from watts per channel. I am listening to 'Pure' CD by Hayley Westerna through the Rogers LS2 speakers connected via my Naim system at the moment. The sound emanating from the speakers is as Pure as Hayley's voice and is filling the room. Special pair of small speakers. Dimensions 14" x 9" x 8.25" approx. Weight 5.6kg approx The cabinets have a couple of dents on the top front edge of one speaker and one on the top right hand corner of the other. Otherwise the cabinets are in very acceptable condition. The front grille cloths are in good condition. Most importantly the speakers work perfectly or should I say the sing beautifully. I am happy to post internationally but check on posting costs first.

JR "Metro" bookshelf speakers by Rogers

These are vintage speakers from , made by Rogers and branded "JR". Finish is brown Nextel, and whilst it's not 100% perfect, overall they're in excellent condition, and work perfectly, with a full tone and crisp sound from the woofer and tweeter. Rogers speakers Classically built two way english speakers extremely high quality build by a very respected builder in fantasic working oder with very minimal marking to the boxes. Sound quality has to be heard to be believed very low frequency respone down to 50htz particulary good for playback of classical guitar and general music. Would be a good starting point for any audiophile system. These speakers have not been thrashed about with and you won't find any thing of matching quality for the price. Dimensions are height 57cm, width 28cm, and depth 29cm Base (Driver) is Seven inches wide and the Port is three inches wide. We are open from 10am to 4.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. We have an end of month sale on the last Saturday of the month with many items greatly reduced in price.The Old Orchard Cafe is open for light drinks and refreshments including Fabulous cakes. Legendary LS3/5a BBC Rogers Monitor speakers, 11 ohm bi-wireable version in teak. Matched pair. Excellent overall condition and full working order, owned from new. There's a nick to the rear side corner of one, and a couple of other small marks but they have seen home use only, so not the usual ex-studio battered versions with holes in them and scratches. Looked after and not driven hard. Please study all the photos to satisfy yourself of their condition.
