Looking to Buy a Pomeranian Puppy (August, September or

I am looking to buy a Pomeranian puppy to give my current dog (an 11 month old male Chihuahua) a friend of the same species. My current dog is a lovely and cheerful chap, and I live in a peaceful, quiet home. 2 walks daily and experience with grooming and dog care in general. At least 2 gens of pedigree papers would be appreciated, and being able to see mum + dad is essential. I would prefer for the puppy to be ready in September or October, but August is also an option. Ideally priced between 500 and 850.
