within the next few months i plan to move to the dunbar area (near edinburgh) at the start of June and was hoping to purchase a horse a while after being settled (so July/August time.) this will be my 3rd horse with my last mare only having been given up due to her age. i am fifteen but have been riding for nearly ten years now and i have experience with strong/excitable ponies and have helped to back before as well. i am looking to start competing (SJ/XC) but also i wouldn't mind bringing a horse back into work first etc, in no hurry to start. a gelding or mare is a must, between 4-10 years old and 15.3+ at least! good to catch, shoe, box and hack alone or in company with tack included would be preferred.
