Hi I'm looking for my forever horse. I'm a very nerous rider and have lost my confidence riding so I am looking for a confidence giving horse kick alone just to go out for hacks and some schooling work. Must be bombproof 10* home waiting. I'm base in Essex.

Tentatively wanted; plod along cob 15hh ish

Thinking about loaning or LWVTB or buying if right horse came along. I want preferably a gelding, around 15hh, cobby. Could consider smaller if stocky but I am 5'8'' so don't want to look ridiculous! It MUST be safe out hacking as this is all I want to do, not fussed about schooling or jumping. Not worried about age or looks. Maybe something that has retired or ex riding school. Would consider horses retired due to injury (as long as they can still be hacked) or horses with health issues. I am a very competent, experienced rider however my horse has been retired from hacking due to anxiety issues but I would still like to hack! Would also be a friend to my horse with anxiety. Super safe plod along wanted

Hi I've recently started riding again after a 10yr break. I'm looking for a super safe horse or heavy pony for me and my 10yr old son to ride. I have osteoporosis and arthritis in my hip and my son has only been riding a short time. I will only be riding occasionally most likely a walk around the fields that surround the yard we use. Ive found that i can sit longer on a western saddle so thats what intend to use. My son will use the school to continue learning. I'm happy to take on an older horse ex trekking or riding centre would be ideal. Or a younger horse with an old head. 14.3 HH Super Laid back quite Weight Carrier cob Gelding. Excellent in very heavy and unusual traffic, does not bother about any thing. Will plod all day, would suit a nervous rider that is not wanting to do much other than walk, trot and the odd canter. He stands still whilst mounting, stands at junctions until given the go ahead to move on, has a really soft attentive mouth, will go out on his own or with company, never gets exited over much.
