We are ultra-reliable, experienced horse owners looking for land / sole use yard or field to rent for either two or 4+ horses. Plymouth and surrounding areas. We are looking for sole use only, for either one person and two horses (myself) or two sharers and around four horses, depending on availability. We are ultra-reliable, working, tenants, and references can be provided. Ideally a field shelter or stables onsite although I can put stables in. Must be good grazing, near to schools or school onsite and good off-road hacking. We are both experienced in field management, installing fencing etc, and are very able to carry out DIY and maintenance! We like to keep things tidy, secure and look after our grazing and stables/storage areas. We would prefer to pay by direct debit monthly which would hopefully offer security to our landlords.
