For sale/LWVTB 13.2 cob stallion

Very very sad sale of our beautiful boy, but he is completely being wasted here with us. He does need bringing back into work has he hasn't been rode for about 6 months and is obviously not the fittest he could be! He has a lovely placid nature, barefoot (fab with the farrier). Loads brilliantly in a trailer or lorry. He is ride and drive, but he has never been driven here by us so again would need to be worked on. He had his back and teeth checked about 6 months ago, recently been wormed. He has plenty of feather (but they are a tad burnt at the front due to him being out) has a lovely THICK mane and tail, possibly to thick as it drives me insane lol he can be quiet around new people, but once he knows you his character really comes out, he's cheeky, kind, never ever kicked or bitten. He is a STALLION, as far as I know he's never covered a mare. He's been stabled next to them, in the same field (electric fencing separating them) with not a problem at all. He's even ridden past mares with me on him and not batted an eye lid. He needs company. His best mate here is another little cob. They adore each other so I would defiantly like him to go somewhere with another horse or horses. I will be honest and say he is better (quicker) being ridden in company. But I have rode him out plenty of times just on our own and he just needs to be pushed along more. He isn't a forward going horse (may change once in constant work ?) I'm just trying to be honest with his advert. He's very special to me and he will only be going to the best of homes! I'm on the search for my new best friend! I'm looking for a level headed, sane, all rounder. Will be used for low level dressage, schooling, a very occasional days hunting, hacking with the possibility of popping a log while out and about. I'm not after a kick along but am in no way after an eventer. I don't mind spooky/sharp but no dangerous vices please. Gelding preferred to open to a non marish mare. Colouring not important. Over twenty years experience, I'm 44 years old and need a safe & sensible happy hacker, I do have some health issues and I'm happy to be 100% honest with you and discuss it so you are assured you are choosing the right owner. I'm looking for something only please NO WELSH, either mare or gelding im not fussy as I've owned both from TB'S to Cobs & Arabs, close to Sutton Coldfield as I'm in Mere Green but willing to travel within reason, I've been out for 2 years now after losing all my confidence, been over 18 months since I got on a horse and I'll be honest I need to get back, age is not a problem and a sensible youngster is not out of the question as long as not too green and can be held back, Ideally in the age group of over 5 but under 15 please, horses are not a hobby they are the love of my life. If you think you have my soul mate PLEASE get in touch. I am more than happy to keep the horse where he/she is at present if within a reasonable distance.
