I can't comment on the small awning/sun canopy as we have not used these in our 4 years of ownership (but they have been dry stored in our shed). The interior furnishings (cushions, beds, etc.) are in very good condition with NO rips/tears/stains anywhere on the visible surfaces. Camper includes the bed inner-tent pods which many no longer appear to have. Gas and electrics are in good working order, a new leisure battery was put in ready for the summer of and all electrics work (12v and mains hook up).
