Semi feral cat

Chloe is a bit of a mystery, we rehomed her last year after her elderly owner past away. She stayed indoors for 2 weeks and as soon as we let her out, she's never been back in! She's happy outside all the time. We kept feeding her obviously untill about 4 months ago when her food kept being left ubtouched. She seems to have found comfort around an elderly neighbours of ours. We feel Chloe would be much happier either chasing mice on a farm or spending the rest if her years with an older person/couple.
