WANTED - EXPERIENCED RIDER ONE DAY A WEEK

I'm looking for a rider with previous experience to come down and school my 16.3 ID X TB gelding once a week. Unfortunately I am unable to ride due to a recent operation on my back. He is hacking out 2-3 times a week but I'm egar to also keep his schooling going whilst I am unable to ride. Ideally I'm looking for someone that perhaps needs more experience in schooling/ student at an equine college that wants to gain more knowledge. My proposal would be for me to give the right person a schooling lesson on Flash once a week, I wouldn't charge for the lesson or the use of my horse but would require a contribution towards hiring the ménage. I am looking for someone that can ride the basic walk, trot and canter (previous experience of jumping desirable but not essential) I need someone that knows all of the basics if not more for riding a horse and some previous experience of schooling would be helpful. Flash is not a novice ride therefore please do not contact me if you don't have the above experience. I am looking for an experienced rider who can help with schooling and exercising. My mare was broken last winter and is just coming back into proper work. Due to work and uni commitments, I am only managing 3 days a week and would like someone to do an additional 2/3 days. She is 15"3 ISH, have a lovely nature and lots of potential but can be bit unsure and sometimes spooky so needs a competent rider. I would preferably like someone who has experience with young or newly broken horses. There are no stable duties as she is on full livery at Burnbank equestrain centre, just off Strathaven road. I am looking for a very experienced rider to help me exercise and bring along my 15hh cob. Obviously a small contribution would be nice but not essential. He must stay on current yard in meltham (Holmfirth) but loads of hacking, unfortunately no school. I am new to my career and the shift work is proving difficult in keeping him from getting fat. Dara is an absolute gentleman and has come so far already but still needs a little more confidence when going out alone. He will ride out alone but trust needs to be built with him and you do need to be on the ball.
