We our currently looking for a few more broodmares we our really looking for thoroughbreds mares but any good quality mare over 16hh and under 14 years of age. breeding is not needed as we will be crossing them with a heavy horse to breed a hunt type. injures and vice and horses out of training are not an issue as long as mares have good conformation. Lovely Broodmare

Willow is a 15hh piebald cob mare just turned 8 years old. Previous owner told me she has previously had a foal. She's the sweetest little mare, not mareish at all. Great to handle, leads to and from the field fine and is happy to be turned out with geldings or mares. Quiet mare with good manners. Easy to do - lived out 24/7 in summer with no feed. Stabled at night in winter and out in the day - has hay or haulage isn't fussy and does love her food. Has a handful of chaff but not needed. Good with farrier (barefoot) & to clip. Upto date with dentist/worming & physio (not long been done) Will be upto date with vaccs - due her 3rd this month. Great colouring & moves nicely. Very sweet temperament. Is fine being with other horses or in a field on her own with company around her but doesn't like being left on her own completely. Quite a sad sale as I have grown to love this sweet little girl who hasn't had a great past from what I gathered, so loving home is a must. Only for sale as she's not up to what I wanted to do with her and can't afford to put her in foal myself. Being sold as a broodmare/companion ONLY. For Sale Broodmare/ Project Jessicas Hurricane Mare 14.2hh 5 years old Throughbred x Standardbred Passported and up to date OPEN TO OFFERS Jessica is for sale as a broodmare or a project for someone that's willing to put the time and effort in. She moves like a dream and floats across the ground. She's been lunged in full tack, seen farm vehicles, dogs and hasn't battered an eye lid. She's not the easiest of mares as can be very mareish she's only good to catch if you have food but this had got better before, she had an accident involving barbed wire she has recovered from this and has left very little scaring on her shoulder and has always been sound even when she had the injury. She will happily stand to be groomed and have a feet picked out, is ok to clip if clippers are quiet, she's fine to lead and tie up. She's fine to bit and tack up she's had a pessoa on and has been long reined. She needs someone confident to back her, due to the lack of time and me getting a new job I am forced to sell her.
