Raleigh Night Burner Mk1. Great condition, purchased as a project which needed some love. F&F and bars re-superchromed by Marc Ralph. Maxy cross pedals in great condition. Re-pop brake cables. Raleigh Super Burner mk1 BMX bicycle Original unrestore

Raleigh Super Burner mk1, unrestored and original as from the factory. The bike rides fine and is mechanically sound, running gear all smooth and no dents, cracks or buckles. The frame and wheels show their age as do the decals/stickers and some general wear and tear to the paintwork and gold lacquer, but all this adds to the authenticity of it (you can see this in the pictures). I replaced the Mushroom grips, Comp 3 Skinwall tyres and Raleigh headset badge, however the Weinmann brakes, V bars, SR headset, Tange 1 piece crank set & chain-ring are still original. I have had the BMX from new after saving my paper round cash and lifetime savings. The plan was to pass it to our kids but sadly they don't understand the 80's!
