Hull; Made out of fibreglass both hull and deck are in good condition. The deck and the green on the hull are the original gelcoat and at some point in time someone has painted the bottom of the hull white. Both hull and deck are in good order The wooden thwart would benefit from a revarnish Spars; Mast and boom are made out of alluminum and are straight, true and free from any dents etc. The mast has had a recent main halyard Foils Rudder and centreboard and present and in good working order Sails. Launched in this fireball took part in Hayling Island Fed week (fast open class). It has since then been used for club racing. The construction is all GRP except the deck witch is Light weight tiger stripe marine ply, the ply is coated inside and out with epoxy resin. She is very stiff and light and in good sailable condition. The Main,jib and spinnaker are in average condition. she comes with the launching troliey and can be delivered for the cost of the diesel. GP 14 Sailing Dinghy No with combination road/launch trailer full set of sails 2 lifejackets

Eye-catching wooden boat in good repair for age. The GP14 class has been around since the late 's, and is equally at home on inland or sheltered coastal waters. GP stands for General Purpose, and that's exactly what they are. Hull paint and deck varnish in good sound condition, and internal varnish and raised floor non-slip deck paint is very serviceable. Aluminium mast and boom, with kicker and horse mainsheet. Standing and running rigging in good order. Lifting wooden centreboard and rudder with aluminium tiller and extension. There are three mainsails, one with a non-original number is still pretty stiff and crinkly, with a jib and a genoa in similar condition. The other two are nothing to write home about, although one has 2 sets of reefing points and a flotation envelope at the head. There is a spinnaker and pole, although the control lies and blocks etc are not fitted, and may not all be there. For storage protection an aged mast-up boat cover in working condition is included, with a small amount of damage around the rudder pintle. The unbraked combination trailer and launching trolley is definitely not new, but the tyres and wheel bearings are in good condition, and the road axles are on isolastic type suspension units. The steel chassis are galvanised, and show no sign of corrosion. There is no safety chain/cable, so you may like to fashion your own, and there is no lightboard. There are 2 elderly life-jackets (not buoyancy aids), which can be manually inflated, or gas operated, but one has no CO2 cartridge. Servicing is advised. Please only contact me by Email or Text.
