Petrol, Automatic, VW factory fitted air conditioning 66K with full service history, dealer stamps and receipts. Cambelt changed less than miles ago. Three owners from new, including myself. The Trophy was one of Auto Sleeper's best small campers with a layout that is still better than many more modern vans. With a full bathroom across the rear plus a gas oven, hob, fridge and sink it is a very versatile camper. Specification: Five new tyres fitted during the last year. Bodywork very good, with VW underseal and a pristine interior. Full toilet washroom at the rear with shower and drop down sink. Carver Cascade II Water heater (runs on either gas or electric hook-up). New Propex gas heater fitted two years ago (only used twice since!). Three point seat belt in rear plus lap belt on bench. With all the seats extended it sleeps two adults. NB The front of the camper has two comfortable Captain's seats, but I also had fitted at one stage two Captain's seats in the rear, to provide safe seats with full three point inertia seat belts for children or adults in the back. The T4 has a full set of seat belt anchor points welded into the upright steel beams. Ask for details if you think you might prefer having these seats rather than the Autosleeper seating arrangements. I have recovered and reinstated all the original Autosleeper Seats, but the captains chairs could go in again if for instance you have a family and need to travel safely with children in the back. This is a very comfortable and smooth camper, easy to drive and with good visibility through the rear window. We are very reluctantly selling our beloved 'Kermit' due to a change in family circumstances. We have owned kermit since August when we bought from Todd's motor homes in Preston. We immediately replaced the timing belt and water pump (although upon replacing we were told it had previously been replaced). It comes with lots of service history. We have never had one bit of trouble with it at all and have been to Cornwall and back twice and it did nt miss a beat. The fuel economy is amazing at roughly 40 mpg. The bodywork is excellent for the year. It has a cobra alarm fitted. The inside is original and also excellent condition for age. Has rock and roll bed with a further sleeping area in the roof suitable for 2 children. Hob and grill, fridge, blow air heating, 2 on board water tanks (one waste and one fresh water) 2 tables in excellent condition. Also included is an extention board to extend length of upper roof bed and ladders, electric hookup. A fiamma bike rack is on the rear which is great and we use it for carrying luggage on lengthy trips. As you can see from the photo it has a hard roof that liteally pops up in minutes and not the nylon type. It has withstood some horrendous weather and never moves or let's a drop of water in. Please note this is not a converted van but the much sought after t4 trooper Autosleeper made from manufacture to a very high spec. I can honestly say who ever gets this van is getting an amazing machine and is a very sad sale from our point of view.
