Starter Box! This lorry can be driven on a standard driving licence by a 17 year old and is MOT'd until April . Starts every time, I've left it week or two and has started first time - no problem! Milage: The previous owner replaced the floor in the horse section approximately 4 years ago. Since I've owned the lorry I've: had 2 cameras fitted so there is an option to check on the horse(s) or to switch a reverse camera; reinforcing the floor of the luton and fitted it with curtains and new carpet - this makes for a decent sleeping area for those overnight shows! Granted, the paintwork on the lorry isn't great...but don't let this put you off. This is only cosmetic after all! The only reason I'm selling is to upgrade! Volkswagen 5 Ton LT50 Horsebox. /J 2.4 Turbo diesel with only miles from new. This is a fantastic horse box in unbelievable condition. It had been dry stored in a barn for many years which explains the low mileage and the bodywork being in such great condition. The cab area is supurb for its age the doors and door steps are rust free and the cab is clean. A CD player has been fitted and there are three seats including the drivers. The engine is a superb 2.4 turbo diesel unit with 5 cylinders so it sounds fantastic and it is very strong with 5 gears. The cab is cut through to the living area and as can be seen from the photographs the living area itself is in lovely clean condition. There is sleeping for 2 above the cab and L shaped seating area with storage under. There are 2 sliding opening windows in the living area and lighting. Speakers from the CD radio are fitted in the living area along with other power points and a portable fridge, though we have never used this.  There is a sink, 2 ring hob and grill, drawers and cupboards. Access to the living area is from a lockable door and folding steps. There is a lockable door between the horse area and the living area. Currently stalled for 2 facing forward, will carry 14.2 ponies, although if your horse is happy to back off, bigger horses could be carried as the overall height is 7ft 2. There is an additional partition if you wanted to carry three small ponies herringbone. There is wardrobe and additional small storage cupboards in the horse area. There are also 2 outside lockable storage compartments ideal for grooming kits, boots etc. The gas bottle for the hob is accessed externally. This lorry has been used most weekends, starts first time every time and is very reliable. The plate / MOT lasts till May next year. We have recently spent £800 on maintaining this lorry to its high standard with a new cam belt and water pump, full service including air and fuel filter. The front and rear brakes have been completely overhauled and a new exhaust fitted. This is a fantastic lorry with a retro look that gets noticed wherever it goes.  On sale £1 start with no reserve. 7.5T MAN HORSEBOX in Southampton

I have for sale my 7.5t MAN lorry. It is partitioned for four, I have had a 15'2 cob 16hh TB & NF pony in it at the same time with no issues. It has a two bar, all electrics are good. It also has a winch. It drives like a car. The living is basic but quite large if you wanted to fit it out. Floor & ramp are sound. The only thing is the drivers side window needs some attention as it sometimes falls down, this may be fixed by time its sold. This is a nice old box the only reason for selling is it's not big enough for new horse. It is in working order & is plated for a year.
