CAMPERVAN. Unusual, LOW MILEAGE, (LUXURY), LDV
A rare opportunity to purchase a low-mileage LDV camper van. Not to be confused with most of the junk. Bodywork never been welded anywhere (yet)! This one is a true luxury conversion, from a miles Age Concern owned minibus with restricted use, solely on the Isle of Wight. A new conversion, encompassing a 240v AC system throughout the van. A new, good-sized memory foam mattress, new full-sized fridge/freezer, iMac computer system, New Victron Inverter/charger, with remote control panel. 2 New Trojan T105 deep cell house batteries (the best in the business), and new high-power Solar Panels (2). A very important, computer display of the battery charging system, so you can observe the state of your house batteries at all times. A new 32” HQ Flat screen TV system. A Massive strong roof rack. Everything on this van is “over the top” quality. New (food grade branded) 50 ltr fresh-water tanks and a 50ltr waste tank fitted. This vehicle is a true, out of the ordinary, “rough & rugged” off-road looking camper van. Will have new MOT when you are ready to collect. Now having still under miles from new (this could change as still in regular use), and benefiting from a new clutch (industry standard type), new flywheel and release bearing, so no more expensive failures! Returned from a happy, trouble-free trip around Spain and Portugal. Ready to go again straight away if you like! A wonderful automatic central-heating system, by Eberspacher, in the form of their watt diesel-fired blown-air system. The best one we have ever used in all our campervans to date! Normal campers use a lower wattage one. This one will keep the van toasty in Icelandic Winters. Serviced (until now) from new by LDV main dealer. Fitted with the Ford Transit 2.4ltr turbo diesel intercooler engine, so plenty of torque, and now running on Mobil-1 Turbo Diesel oil - the best (& most expensive vehicle oil) on the market today! 4x4 track-grip new tyres fitted to the rear axle (4 of them) so it will climb a mountain with it’s tremendous grip! It did it very successfully in Scotland, however, coming back down was more scary than going up to the top! This is our own personal top-quality campervan, and only for sale due to very unexpected reason, at a fair bargain price of £ Please look at my other adverts too, because everything must be sold - i am going back to Thailand to retire. Please reply by email in the first instance, because my mother has recently died, and I am not into answering the telephone just yet. Thank you - Richard. Read More
