Vintage Wedding Dress Company Dress Size 10
After much deliberation I have decided to sell my beloved wedding dress. I've thought long and hard about this - as it's such a unique dress - I have never seen anything similar before or after my wedding - but there's no point of it living in my cupboard and not getting the love it deserves! I love this dress because it's both "unique" and "beautiful", "cool" and "feminine". I felt absolutely amazing wearing it and if I could think of another legitimate occasion to wear it, would definitely not being selling it. Description: There's some boning to give shape to the bust Around the bust, are some charming tassly bits, which I considered removing but decided to keep as I thought they added character to the dress It's shorter at the front, with a delicate, but manageable crochet trail Asymmetrical bottom half of the dress which part reveals your legs (a gorgeous and fun detail) Dress zips up at the back, making it easy to get into I confess I'm not sure what the fabric is - it's quite delicate and there's a sheer lining which is visible through the crochet bottom of the dress - sorry those of you that know more about textiles! I am 5ft 8 and was wearing 4 inch heels in the pictures so there's plenty of room to have it shortened. My bust is 34B I bought this in from Charlie Brear's showroom in Tottenham Court Road, London - it was part of her archive collection of Original Vintage, "The Vintage Wedding Dress Company" - I think dates back to about s. Since the wedding, this has been dry cleaned and has no obvious marks. I just inspected it now for this listing and noticed a very small and faint yellowish mark at the back (barely noticeable and may come out - I can send a photo upon request) and one small snag in the fabric (again barely noticeable). Comes with The Vintage Wedding Dress Company carry bag and hanger. Read More
