Vintage (the make, not the age) V62 tele-style electric guitar

Made by Vintage, the V62 electric guitar in some kind of blonde finish. Body: American Alder Neck: Hard maple, Bolt-on Fingerboard: Rosewood Scale: mm Frets: 22 Medium Neck Inlays: Pearloid Dot Tuners: Wilkinson® Deluxe WJ55S Bridge: Wilkinson® WTB intonatable Pickups: Wilkinson® single coil x 2 (N) WVTN Alnico (B) WVTB Alnico Scratchplate: White Single Ply Controls: 1 x Volume/ 1 x Tone/ 3-Way Lever This was bought new about four years ago as a b-stock item, indicated by the J-shaped stamp between the highest two fret markers (see photos). I have no idea what the issue was, though - it looks fine and works as it should. Cosmetically sound and no problems with the electrics. Selling because I got along much better with ukuleles! For sale is this Fender USA American Vintage Hot Rod Telecaster, made in . These are no longer available to buy and are becoming more sought after. Cost c. £ new The guitar is in excellent condition, with only a couple of small marks on the body as shown in the photos. All original, except the stock Seymour Duncan Gibson Firebird type mini-humbucker neck pickup was removed by a previous owner and a high spec. Gibson Burstbucker installed. This replacement Gibson pickup alone is worth c.£100. The original mini-humbucker is also provided, it's in the case. Comes complete with original hard case in almost unmarked condition, plus all hangtags, key for case etc. that originally came with the guitar. This guitar has a fantastic, quite large (but not full baseball bat) neck, and the frets are in excellent shape with hardly any wear. All switches & pots function correctly with no buzzes or scratches. Plays beautifully, quite powerful gutsy vintage tone from both pickups, which are quite hot. The current neck humbucker blends beautifully with the bridge pickup in the middle position, and both pickups sound great pon their own. Has had a recent pro-setup with 10s, and is solid as a rock. Feel free to try it out, my amp is a Laney VC15 small valve amp, or bring your own. AXL 'deluxe player' telecaster style copy guitar, transparent cherry red, made in China. Was bought from a music shop in Oxfordshire about 11 years ago. Been sat in its case most of that time. G&L ASAT Telecaster style electric guitar

An absolutely sweet example of a Tele from the Tribute series. It has the original G&L neck pickup (check out some vids), a really smooth pickup. The bridge pickup has been replaced by a previous owner with a hotrail (not sure what make). It sounds great with a bit of gain and really cuts through a mix. From what I can find out about G&L serial numbers I believe it was made in in Korea (though I may be wrong there). I made the mirror scratchplate, though still have the orignal tortoiseshell one if that's your thing. I'd consider a trade on an Ibanez CMM1 or Epiphone ES339 or Blueshawk/Nighthawk.
