Undated but cover marked IT Paris. Cover has US style wire belt hanger and wide web loop to slot onto a belt if preferred. Bottle is very robust, and approx. 9” tall so taller than US bottles of WW2 type era. Bakelite type cap on a chain. If this item is online, it's still available.   I am selling this vintage suitcase, which we used for our travel themed wedding.  I really loved the idea to keep them in the house, but have to give them away as we simply don't have enough storage at our current place.  As you can see it is a very old suitcase, unfortunately I don't really know the history, but the writings on the top might give you a hint.
